About The Opportunity
DMI is looking for a Business Analyst with Kronos experience to support an Operations & Maintenance and Enhancements project to support a transit (Rail, Bus, Paratransit, etc.) customer on a high visibility program in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading functional design, configuration, and support of Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications
- Collect and define business and technical requirements from Payroll, Labor, Human Capital, IT, and Operation
- Translate requirements into technical specifications in Kronos applications
- Create process flows, design documents, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications
- Configure the different modules of Timekeeping application namely Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, paycodes, and workrules based on the requirements to be compliant with labor laws and business policies
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle in IBM Jazz
- Serve as Tier 3 support troubleshooting end-user timekeeping issues
- Draft communications and training documents to communicate the changes with end users

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Kronos Time and Attendance systems
- Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, and Device Management
- Strong Kronos TeleStaff product knowledge
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage stakeholders, and lead requirement sessions
Location: Washington DC or Remote in the US (Eastern or Central time)
