Job Description:
Three years of experience teaching, training, or interacting with customers in a high-paced environment is essential. The Functional Architect will support the Product Owner and help the team maintain a sense of urgency in getting working software out the door! The Functional Architect must be someone who loves to explore computer software and imagine new ways of using software to be more productive. The successful candidate will come to us with a service-oriented attitude in a collaborative team environment and experience in a problem-solving workspace. Knowledge of Arkansas court processes and understanding the use of technology in court software is highly desirable, but the Functional Architect must be able to communicate successfully with system users and other stakeholders and translate their needs into user stories that can be turned into usable software by developers. Imagination will be essential in helping turn ideas to work software that our courts will love.
