Job Description :

The role is responsible for the overall planning, direction setting, operational excellence and support processes associated with all matters related to all ERP & BPMS related applications/systems. The role is also responsible for managing the IT Transformation with support from the IT Business Partners/Business Analysts and be the first line of contact for Sales & Supply related Applications. This individual will also be responsible for delivery of projects and the running of SaaS & custom applications/platform with adherence to the pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
