Skills and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating detailed reports on technical specifications.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the IT sector

Roles and responsibilities

• Create detailed business analysis reports, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, develop and implement effective solutions.
• Interact with clients for requirement gathering, listing features, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the project cycle.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Good background in statistical modeling and experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, or SPSS will be a plus.
