Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of our project portfolio.
- User administration, certification and support
- ESG (Environmental Social Governance) license administration
- ESG usage and metrics monitoring and reporting
- Manage user access for ESG data
- Support in function related IT-activities
- Documentation of processes and KOPs
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Drive improvements and development of further solutions
Your skills and experience
- Experience in data management and / or access management
- Experience in administration / networks
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in license management desirable
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management
- Very good analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of banking or the asset management industry preferred
- Team-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on mentality
