The main responsibilities for the DBCM role is to perform all project management tasks related to maintaining change governance in line with KD/CTO oversight and to contribute to a wide range of business analyst activities in support of the 5 DBCM pillars.

Key responsibilities as DBCM PMO :

• Manage DBCM Steer Committee DBCM Touchpoint / OpCo meetings, including
• suggesting agenda topics,
• sourcing of relevant materials based on agenda,
• collating the deck for the meeting and summarizing inputs into executive level format,
• driving meaningful discussions,
• recording the minutes, and
• following up on action items
• Preparation of presentation decks for various meetings
• Co-ordination with DBCM head as well as pillar leads for progress on milestones
• Managing the action tracker to ensure timely delivery on open items
• Actively participating in team discussions and driving key priorities
• Any other tasks within the PMO scope
• Own the project plan, proactively identifying and escalating issues and opportunities related to successful delivery

Responsibilities in support of DBCM Pillars :

• Develop a full understanding of DBCM processes and systems
• Help maintain documentation of DBCM processes, governance and controls
• Examine flows of data and perform analysis of large data sets, undertake feasibility studies to analyse options to deliver requirements and recommend solutions to pillar leads and Finance IT
• Perform testing on prototypes and new features
• Assist in defining data standards, business processes and requirements for DBCM data capture and maintenance in line with DBCM Methodology
• Help with the design and development of dynamic reporting tools (e.g., tableau reporting) to create transparency on allocated costs facilitate planning and regular performance management of infrastructure costs
• Carry out process improvements and automation across DBCM and associated / dependent processes
