About the company:
The Prints Company (TPC) is a DeepTech startup (Computer Vision & AI), founded by two ISB alumni, on a mission to enable Personalization of Design at Scale (Prints/ Surface-Artworks) for brands in Fashion & Textile industries. Imagine a shirt, dress, duvet, wallpaper etc. designed to the preference of every individual by AI. No more speculative design.
We work with design/buying teams at Fashion & Textile brands to help them develop design collections that are exclusive and novel; a bulk of this is achieved using language-guided AI models. We are currently serving the likes of Reliance Fashion, Amazon, Myntra, Virgio, Shahi, Triburg and various other D2C brands and apparel/textile manufacturers and exporters.
Our Tech focus:
We build on top of open-source language-guided Generative AI models to serve fashion/textile designers with exploration and creation of surface artworks.

Responsibilities
- Compose very large image datasets according to specifications by scraping the web
- Quickly deploy open source AI algorithms (neural networks) for image generation, image super-resolution, image editing (in-painting) etc.
- Train, re-train and fine-tune various kinds of neural networks to meet product performance objectives
Key skills/ qualifications
- Bachelors in computer science from premier institutes
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, preferably in Computer Vision
- Data pre-processing techniques
- 2-4 years of experience as an Ai/ML engineer at a fast-paced startup or a reputed enterprise
- Hands on experience in tweaking and deploying AI models quickly is an absolute must
