Marketing Operations Scalable Services Team operating in Bangalore, China and Panama is a centralized team that provides global and regional support to the Dell Technologies Marketing BU’s. The team is involved in providing business intelligence and analytical support to Marketing Organizations across Dell. The team focuses on providing analytical solutions, business insights and enabling the measurement of KPI’s that inputs to various tactical and strategic decisions by the respective marketing teams and in their alignment with the sales organization.

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Analyst Targeting Analytics and Campaign Operations, you will be interpreting the campaign performance and working on improving our targeting accuracy. The second aspect would be the actual tactical implementation of the targeting exercise as part of the campaign operations. The campaign operations piece requires high rigor of execution with very tight timelines.

You will:

• be a part of the targeting team the expectation is to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable insights to measure and optimize our targeting strategy.
• engage with key stakeholders in the regional and country marketing teams provide actionable reports and valuable insights into the state of the business.

Essential Requirement

• 3 to 5 years of proficiency in SQL and should be able operate on his own to create new solutions on SQL.
• Should have experience of visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Should have good hands on OLAP tools with experience in SSAS – scheduling and automation
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Desirable Requirement

• Should have good knowledge of programming tools like Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and PPT.
