The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Partner with property marketing teams to outline best use cases for marketing systems and assist with development, documentation, and deployment as needed.
• Provide business data interpretation, produce reports, and perform quality assurance for data integrity and accuracy.
• Effectively engage the enterprise data and other internal databases and uses SQL/R/PYTHON or other data tools to evaluate assumptions around important metrics such as customer lifetime value, A/B, multivariate test design, and ROI.
• Develop reports and presentations to support solid conclusions to leadership regarding trends and findings with an ability to explain those findings to varying audiences.
• Translate business requirements into data driven decision-making reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for top and bottom-line growth.
• Assist on cross-functional projects, as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in data extraction and database querying languages: SQL, SAS, and other query tools
• A basic understanding of Data Warehousing and Quality Assurance tools
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen, customer service skills, demonstrable enthusiasm, and motivation
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting techniques: SAS, Tableau, Power BI
• ATI system experience required: Oasis 360, Marketing Manager, Super Play Mate, Speed Media
