Job Purpose

• Responsible for Publishing Business Health Dashboards.

• Raise the alarm on key KPIs and helps business to take right decisions

Key Accountabilities

• To support Business by publishing Business Dashboards

• To manage Adhoc data requirements for Business Reviews

• To Extract Data for Regulatory / Statutory reporting

• To generate business insights from data through detailed analysis

Job Duties & responsibilities

• Generate and distribute Business dashboards in accurate and timely manner.

• Responsible for Business Dashboards across Business verticals to have 1 CBG view

• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency

and consistency

• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed to support Business / Audit

and Regulatory requirements

Required Experience

Non-technical Experience

• Strong academic background

• Should be self -motivated and adaptable.

• Should be focusedand well organized

Technical Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in Dashboards / MIS

• Good Understanding of Banking Products and KPIs

• Programming Expertise in SQL, SAS; Preferable – Python

• Proficiency in Visualisation Tools like QlikView / Tableau and MS Excel

• Good written and oral communication skills.

Education / Preferred Experience

• Bachelor / PG degree in Statistics, Mathematics / Computer science / IT / Engg
