Job Location: Kolkata
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and be proficient about AILABS offerings
- Help in the process of imparting education to our students
- Be available to students for one-on-one sessions for additional educational assistance
- Hold sessions with small groups of students on topics being taught by AILABS
- Administer any quizzes and tests that will be held to evaluate student progress
- Actively participate in weekly workshop events or any other events organized by AILABS
- Keep lines of communication open with current candidates via Phone calls E-Mails
- Conduct research and independent learning in innovative technology areas
- Perform any of the duties listed above or other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- BTech/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc (Mathematics /Computer Science/ Statistics)
- Strong mathematics and/or Statistics background (students with 90% or above in Mathematics in their ISC / Higher Secondary examinations will be preferred)
- Possesses a positive attitude and outgoing personality with superior communication skills
- Is coachable and dedicated to consistent self-improvement
- Is assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
- Aspires to achieve high standards and possesses the ability to inspire passion in others
- Adapts to new situations quickly and thinks on his/her feet
Skills Required/Mandatory:
- BTech/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc (Maths/Comp Sc/Stats)
