Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall 3 – 5 yrs of experience is required and One of the primary responsibilities for the role would be to create and manage dashboards. Hence knowledge of Database management Systems, writing queries in SQL/MySQL and Tableau/BI is essential.
• Preparing business process documents, BRD, FRD and other business analysis related document Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SQL)

Skill Requirement:

• Knowledge of relational database management systems and Data Extraction for queries Trained in visualization techniques, adept at creating and managing dashboards using Tableau and Power BI Excellent communication Skills. Track & manage support issues raised by Users (Dealers and Internal)
• Manage Application Support Requests
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
