Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine & drive product vision, user interface design, and product usability
- Gather & translate business & client requirements into user stories for the development team
- Work with the development team to groom and prioritize the backlog of competing requests
- Gather deadlines and evaluate business value to prioritize work for the development team
- Determine release plan for product features to deliver prioritized items in a timely manner
- Work with technical writers to ensure proper customer-facing documentation is produced
- Produce and conduct internal training sessions on new product features and modules
- Report on status of development items to stakeholders
- Act as product/solution expert for assigned products
What You Will Need for this Position:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent applicable experience
- 3-6 years of experience in product management working with SaaS products
- Firm understanding of software design, user interaction, and user interface design.
- Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies
- Functional knowledge of the JIRA project management tool
- Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written are a necessity
- Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new feature request alongside customer feedback
- Ability to research and analyze product requirements from various stakeholders
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multi-task among various assignments
