Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data tables to produce critical business insights for Customer Service.
- Should have experience in Ecommerce / Customer Service industry
- Proficient in Excel, VBA Macros and advanced excel
- Construction of reports in SFDC and Power BI
- Ensure creation and maintenance of critical dashboards for Customer Service reviews
- Provide strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS
- Review of data analysis and data visualization methodologies used and highlights gaps if any
- Raise the current level of reports and bring in innovations to generate insights using the latest tools and technologies available
- Identify Critical success factors for Customer Service processes and report deviations to implement a remediation plan
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze trends and disseminate significant actionable insights to ensure a wow customer experience
- Presenting data gaps and trend analysis to the stakeholders periodically to solicit attention, discussions and an action plan
- Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the all reports being generated
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 years of work experience and 4+ years of relevant experience (Retail/ E-commerce industry preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Power BI and other MIS reporting tools
- Experience in SFDC
- Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros.
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- Experience in developing and implementing reports and dashboards for customer Service
- Certification course in Data Analytics or related field (Customer Service experience preferred)
- Graduate from any stream
