Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain a good relationship between customers
2. Provide detailed information about the products and services offered
and acquire new customers
3. Propose potential products or services to top management to gather customer information and analyze customer needs
4. Handle and manage surveys in regards to resolving customer service problems
5. Keep the record of customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for better customer experience
6. Analyze the current market standards, come up with new ideas and implement them in order to generate new business opportunities
