Position Description:
Type of shifts: Variable for training, then moderate rotation
1st Shift – 7a-3p Training
2nd Shift – 3a-11p Training
3rd Shift 11pm-7am Training
Weekend 1st 11pm-11am Rotate
Weekend 2nd 11am-11pm Rotate
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs
Good understanding of IT, General use of PC’s, email, Phones
Understanding or Helpdesk and customer Service
Ability to
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Helpdesek/Support Center Experience
Previous work in an IT environment
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Business casual – No Jeans.
