What You Get to Do:

• Support global streaming video clients with investigative data analysis

• Analyze data trends to identify QoE metric anomalies in production

• Analyze metadata to identify incorrect and/or missing data in production

• Correlate QE reports to metrics and metadata accuracy in production

• Create scripts to automatically alert on trend deviations on new app version releases

• Maintain a running log of issues identified and their status

• Work with the Program Management and Customer Success teams to understand the customer s release cycles

• Work with the IE and QE teams to reproduce and report issues to the customer

What You Bring to the Role:

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a SaaS company

• Strong data mining and data analysis skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, and Python/R

• Familiarity with Big Data processing technologies such as Spark and Hadoop

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow new skillsets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Databricks or Jupyter.
