Job Location: New Delhi
Purpose and Scope of Position
The position is responsible for providing the CFO with various studies, research and analysis for making strategic business decisions, preparing reports, notes and presentations, making briefs of documents, drafting letters for the Ministry, analyzing existing system and proposing system and solutions to improve systems efficiencies and reduce total operational expenses. Also responsible for providing advisory services to private sector clients and International clients.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Provide CFO with various studies, research and analysis for making strategic business decisions.
- Prepare various reports, notes and presentations, make briefs of various documents, draft letters for the Ministry.
- Prepare and improve MIS reports of divisions under CFO.
- Analyzing financial data for cost implications and suggest reduction methods.
- Seek clarifications from various process owners and update the CFO.
- Acquire intimate knowledge of inner working of business and operations. Oversee proper creation and implementation of policies, processes and company standards.
- Analyze existing system and propose system and solutions to improve systems efficiencies and reduce total operational expenses.
- Technical Advisory-Identify products and services that can be monetized and are relevant to the private sector, work cross functional with internal and external stakeholders, proactively look out for international technical advisory opportunities, respond to Requests for Proposal, Expressions of Interest floated by I-NGOs, development banks and such. Create customized solutions, packaging various available products, services, client needs.
