• Work with a team of engineers to build, implement, and improve machine learning and NLP solutions for classification, clustering, search, and Entity Recognition.
• Software Engineer is responsible for all the activities in developing of the product, including code review and best practice improvements.
• Work with Product engineering team to analysis the change requests and come up with system impacts.
• Maintain the coding standards and development process. Review training materials, documentation, marketing materials for accuracy and contribute to content as needed.
• Understand the architecture, design, and master the domain as well as technologies of applications that he / she will be involved in development.
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance products. Produce high-quality software.
• Ensure the quality of application code through automated unit test cases and execution coverage.
• Make significant contribution to architectural & design discussion, daily stand-up calls and other important calls.
• Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle and include requirements gathering, solution design, application development, and system testing.

• 8 years of Python development experience in the software industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning concepts, including classification, regression, and unsupervised learning.
• Hands-on experience with traditional machine learning as well as deep learning algorithms.
• Proficiency with Python programming, including numeric, data analysis, and machine learning libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and/or PyTorch.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Working knowledge of NLP and associated libraries: SpaCy, SparkNLP.

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on experience with feature engineering using structured or unstructured data.
• Experience with service based architecture and developing apis.
• Providing well designed object oriented, maintainable and testable code.
• Good Knowledge on Unit Test frameworks.
• Good knowledge on Multi-threading/ tasking and distributed programming.
