Responsibilities :
– Developing the company strategy for using technological resources.
– Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
– Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
Job Brief :
– We are looking for a full stack, lead developer, expert in Front end as well as Backend, who also has sensitivity in UI and UX design, plus experience in cloud hosting.
– Ability to code and should be hands-on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team.
– Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications.
– Expertise in working on Python and Django framework.
– Leading a full-stack team of developers (Front-end, Back-end developers), who are passionate about disrupting the industry.
Required Skills :
– An understanding of good coding practices, proper code structure, configuration management and code refactoring.
– Hands on experience with cloud technologies like AWS.
Managerial Skillsets :
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and converse with other department heads
– Strong analytical skills, with experience in running data analytics, will be a plus.
– Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance and build a strong next layer.
– Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
Required Experience :
– Minimum 5 years of Proven experience or similar leadership role as a Tech Lead/VP with very deep expertise in Python/Django/Angular framework.
– Experience in a PRODUCT Start-up company.
Required Qualifications : B.Tech or B.E. from Top Tier colleges
Mandatory Requirements :
– The Candidate MUST be a Tech lead/equivalent in a Product startup company having extensive experience in App Development & team leadership.
– Also, the Candidate should NOT be in a Client servicing company. But individually handled Software and Apps product for their own company.
Education : BE/B.tech from Top Tier Colleges.
