Role Manager
Location Bangalore / Gurgaon (Open for Other Positions as well)
Role Description Expected to create predictive modelling solutions and prototypes
- IC role engaged in developing predictive & prescriptive models (ranging from regression and classification techniques) to Machine learning techniques supporting a vast array of scenarios, across domains.
- Mentor the existing team, identify the right trainings required and make sure the team and self stays up to date on the latest advances in the domain
- Improve existing solutions and design bespoke solutions.
- More than 7 years’ experience in developing Statistical / Machine Learning models and at least 4-5 years creating Analytics solutions for problems related to Sales & Revenue.
- Experience in stakeholder management in the analytics domain
- Should have experience in developing predictive & prescriptive models using Machine learning techniques supporting a vast array of scenarios across different industries.
- Presentation of solutions/ analysis to leadership/key stakeholders.
- Highly Proficient in open source programming including Python or R
- Data visualization using POWER BI or any other visualization tool
- Experience in using tools like SAS, SPSS etc. is mandatory
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill
- Should have experience in working on biased data samples and techniques like SMOTE, Over-sampling and Under-Sampling, missing / null value treatments.
- Understanding and hands on model building using Cross-Sell / Up-sell / Market Basket Analysis/ RFM methodologies and in developing Machine Learning models
- Model validation and recalibration experience
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques.

Work Experience 7 + years
Academics Preferred MBA/ M.SC from Statistics / Economics / Mathematics, Graduate – B-Tech / BE or B.Sc. in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics
