SAP Business Analyst:
- The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for testing, implementation, and support of SAP-IBP and other integrated systems as it relates to the demand planning function (i.e., Oracle Demantra Cloud).
- This role is key in the implementation of SAP-IBP and its continuous improvement in partnership with functional stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams.
- The SAP Business Analyst will build functional knowledge, primarily in demand planning, and have a complete understanding of the business needs and priorities.
Overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Conducts analysis, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of ERP systems
• Work closely with business users to translate business processes and requirements into systems enhancements
• Identify systems issues, analyze data, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to meet data requirements
• Perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation
• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Demand Planning function
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes, applications, and solutions including, process flows, functional specifications, and business user training materials
• Assist in the management of statistical forecast models, documentation of forecast inputs, and monthly forecast reconciliation as part of the monthly IBP process
• Design, update, and maintain demand planning Power B.I. reports (i.e., KPIs)
• Other Demand Planning-related tasks as required
