Hello,
We have a requirement of Lead Data Analyst with Atos Syntel on a Contract to Hire basis.
Payroll: Initial 6 months will be on the payroll of Compunnel Technology (Compunnel.com) and upon completion will be shifted to Atos Syntel’s (Atos.net) full time permanent employment.
NOTICE PERIOD: CANDIDATES WITH IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS NOTICE WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED.
Locations: Pune/Mumbai
Shift Timing: UK/Ireland standard working hrs

- 8+ years working as a data visualization and analytics specialist in an agile environment, with a minimum of 3 years as a technical lead
- Ability to create and lead the creation of compelling, engaging and interactive data stories based on strong audience empathy.
- Advanced Qlik Sense visualisation developer skills, using best practices to transform and model data, design high quality reports, and manage and document the reporting environment.
- Experience in NPrinting and Informatica DQ Analyst.
- A demonstrable understanding of the Data Quality domain
- Excellent documentation skills and an ability to create clear and concise documents that will be used for technical and user training, standards and best practice references.
- Experience in finding and recruiting candidates to help build a team
- Understanding of the Agile development framework, and specifically Scrum, with the ability to coach those around them in applying agile techniques, interpreting user stories, creating tasks and delivering value to Product Owners
- Formal certifications on Qlik sense is highly desirable
- Exposure, experience in insurance domain is preferred
