Job Location: Pune
Perform risk analysis activities to support the risk business processes and functional architecture, including:
- Solicit business requirements through proactive and regular engagement with business SMEs and stakeholders; and analysis of regulations, current process, data and systems
- Turn requirements into structured Business/Data/Functional analysis documentation
- Exposure to project documentation as such BRD, FRD, test cases etc.
- Ensuring consistency with risk architectures
- Develop recommendations on best practice and design solutions for process improvements
- Develop strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Define test cases and execute testing in UAT
- Define impact assessment (IA) tests and execute in IA phase
- Understanding of systems delivery lifecycles and delivery methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 5 or more yrs of professional experience with few years of business analysis experience in risk management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Good understanding and experience of VaR methodology, capital calculations and market risk concepts
- Appreciation of systems and data architectures in Risk, preferably in Market Risk
- Effective stakeholder management
- Independent and able to work with little supervision
- Ability to communicate successfully
- Team player with high integrity
- Financial Services change experience in market risk management and preferably within Investment Banking environment.
- Track record of defining clear and comprehensive requirements

- Has previously worked in the financial industry/Investment Bank
