Roles and Responsibilities
- Senior level candidate with 7+ years of proven ability to drive impactful change.
- Able to translate complex data into action by clearly and cogently communicating the implications of analyses from peers up to senior management.
- Able to frame complicated questions and work with large data sets to distill clear and actionable findings.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving ability with business and program acumen.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and results oriented.
- Strong presentation skills and can communicate clearly, concisely across multiple levels within the organization.
- 2+ years of proven success working with data analytics solutions such as Power BI, and SQL
- Understanding (working knowledge) of Microsoft ADO (Visual Studio Online)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer experience organization, preferably in the tech sector
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Microsoft and Support, with an understanding of Microsoft BI systems and architecture.
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance or other analytically focused field with the equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Experience with statistical hypothesis testing and predictive modeling skills
