Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Develop and lead large multi-functional development activities and serve as a point of contact on the data migration from On-Premise to Cloud.
- Understand he customer requirements and determine feasibility
- Transform the business requirements into technical solutions
- Understanding of current industry trends
- Recommends on the utilization of emerging and existing technologies.
- Able to communicate with customers on the new system features and enhancements.
- Consults with cross-functional project teams to ensure integrity of existing processes and implementation of new technologies.
- Should have worked implementing Data Lake projects on HPCC Bigdata cluster
- Should have good skills on Data Migration from on-Premise to Cloud
- Ability to work in a cooperative team environment
- Mentors the team in all aspects of data migration and related environments
- Design and Develop ETL pipelines in the process of migration from On-Premise HPCC cluster to Azure Cloud platform
Required Skills
- Proficiency in development languages including but not limited to: Spark, Python, SQL, ECL, HPCC, XML, JSON, and YAML.
- Experience working with data technologies such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL
- Proficiency with SQL (Any of Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, Teradata etc..)
- Cloud Architecture and system design experience in the field of Cloud data migrations
- Use of orchestration tools such as ADF, Airflow etc.
- Should have working experience towards CI/CD process
- Use of Secrets Management Services (AKV)
- Experience parsing data from XML documents
- Knowledge on data modeling, design, Manipulation, optimization, and best practices.
