Job Location: Bengaluru
1. 7-10 years of experience in MicroStrategy platform
2. Primary role would be as an Administrator and secondary role to do the development as & when required
3. Familiar with the MicroStrategy architecture, Admin Certification Preferred
4. Monitor and manage existing Business Intelligence development/production systems
5. MicroStrategy installation, upgrade and administration on Windows and Linux platform
6. Analyze application and system logs while troubleshooting and root cause analysis
7. Analyze application and system logs while troubleshooting and root cause analysis
8. Monitor, report and investigate solutions to improve report performance.
9. Continuously improve the platform through tuning, optimization, governance, automation, and troubleshooting.
10. Experience of working on MSTR 2021, MSTR 2021 including knowledge of working on Enterprise Manager and new features like Platform Analytics, Hyper Intelligence, Collaboration, MSTR Library, etc.
11. Provide support for the platform, report execution and implementation, user community and data investigations.
12. Identify improvement areas in Environment hosting and upgrade processes.
13. Identify automation opportunities and participate in automation implementations
14. Knowledge of capacity planning and systems scaling needs
