Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Role Purpose:
This position based in Gurgaon, India will assist in supporting business reporting activities of AANZ region. The role will ensure the availability of accurate, timely and relevant reporting of all the AANZ. This role will also ensure timely consolidation of dashboards, ETL and explanations for AANZ group management reporting purposes under the direction of Regional Reporting Manager. This is a highly skilled and highly paced role requiring an extensive experience and knowledge of FS AANZ business.
Major Accountabilities-
Reporting and Business Intelligence, Work with Business to gather dashboard/reporting requirements. Suggest Visualization option and collaborate on prototyping of Dashboards.
Analytics:
Design, develop and implement interactive new automation and data visualisation aligned with business needs and strategy
Develop and deliver analytic dashboards that support business key metrics, trends and issues
Deployment and day-to-day management of tools applications including (but not limited to) setup of reload tasks of performance dashboards or reporting, trouble shooting and issue resolution
Working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business priorities and partner with the other business units to consult/advise/deliver data related projects as required to ensure data analysis and BI requirements are fully defined and understood
Data Integration, bringing data together from various sources into a quality source of information. You bring expertise in working with ETL and ELT software, best-practices patterns, and supporting technologies to build data warehouses in part or whole.
Data Modelling, to construct efficient and meaningful representations of data. You can design data structures that consider access patterns, simplicity of human understanding, and maintainability of data.
Data Governance and Quality – Building integrity and trust in data
Information Security – Confidentiality, integrity and availability of data
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computers and Engineering.
Essential experience and skills:
At least 5 years experience as a BI developer within the data and analytics domain.
Expert knowledge using Qlik Sense/PowerBI to extract and present data, including building complex measures and set expressions
Experience coding in Structured Query Language (SQL) using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
Excellent data presentation and communication skills with a strong eye for detail
Experience working with large administrative datasets.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to work within complex systems and apply creative solutions to achieve program goals.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with extensive experience in explaining complex analytical concepts in simple terms
Designing and delivering data-driven solutions that embrace people, process, data and technology to realise the strategic outcome
A personal commitment to continuous learning with a demonstrated track record of keeping up to date with emerging analytics toolsets, approaches, methods and algorithms
A proven ability to create advanced analytical models that are fit for purpose and scalable, to identify insightful trends and patterns from the data

Accounting knowledge and understanding of financial fundamentals
Good understanding of the ETL framework and ability to build efficient ETL dataflows using Microsoft SSIS or Python
