• Perform data analysis for spend by categories, vendors, and regions
• Perform data processing and feature creation to prepare for each analytics task.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualisation to get a better appreciation of the data.
• Create Dashboards for reporting KPI s
• Preparation of SOPs for all analytics KPI s
• Perform cost analysis for quote responses
• Performing regular data integrity and quality audits
• Analyze trends to forecast procurement spend across categories, vendors, and locations
• Making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree of B Tech in computer engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from a reputed institute would be an advantage
• At least 2-6 years of hands-on working experience in data analytics and showing consistent progression preferably with MNC or large domestic group having presence across different counties

Open to work in permanent US Shift timings

• Analytical thinking – Ability to quickly analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights
• Comfortable working with large data set and summarizing.
• Proficient in Google sheets and creating reports and dashboards in Tableau, Advanced Excel, and Power BI
• Proficient in Power Point to prepare presentation as per the Manager direction
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
• Must be a “quick learner” with a can-do attitude
