Job Location: Bhubaneswar
- Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 3 Years of Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 3 years Salesforce and/or ZOHO experience
- Experience configuring Salesforce/ZOHO Applications.
- Ability to work with both the business and functional resources to understand and define functional requirements.
- Can clearly define requirements and business cases for any customization requirements.
- Ability to use Agile collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Mural, Slack, RTC, Trello, Whitewater tools)
- Experience with common debugging tools (Firebug, Chrome Developer)
- Awareness of web, database, and object-oriented software technologies, and salesforce.com/ force.com
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams and deliver to aggressive timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce Admin or Sales Cloud Certification will be a plus
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functional requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
