• 7-8 years of experience in IT organization for Banking sector
• Experience in conducting business analysis for ITSM improvement projects; strategic initiatives, reporting & stakeholder management
• Knowledge of ITSM processes in context of the banking sector; expertise in industry standards & benchmarks
• Experience with industry standard MI tools
• Experience in management and communication of provable MI and metrics
• Expertise in Ops incident, service requests and alert data understanding – to generate actionable insights from data analysis & business understanding
• Expertise in transforming MI to actionable insights
