6 to 8 years of Business Analyst experience. Person MUST possess airline domain experience. Person should have experience in Agile methodology.
– must have experience in conducting requirement workshops through various techniques like interviewing, Prototype Development and brainstorming.
– must have experience in preparing feature list, business requirement document, develop prototype using excel / power point / paint / paper and develop user stories.
– Must be able to define the success criteria for the project. Person should work closely with development and testing team.
– should review test scenario and identify functional gaps.
– should perform end to end functional testing along with testing team.
– Experience in managing UAT phase of the project.
