Skills Required :
– Business Analyst experience in ecommerce/ retail/ distribution domain
– Preparation of Process flow diagrams, BRDs, FSDs.
– Experience writing user stories Interacting with business team to understand and document requirements.
– Understanding integration requirements with external partners Walkthrough session of to-be process with Tech and Business teams.
– Working with the UX team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups .
– Performing user acceptance testing. Communicates changes, enhancements of business requirements to cross-functional teams so that issues and solutions are understood.
