Key Responsibilities
- Efficient handling and analysis of large datasets. knowledge of SQL, Azure DB, Big Query etc.
- Exposure to data visualizations tools and understanding of different charts
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in dynamic environment
- Must be a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovering techniques and proven abilities to translate the underlying business needs into actionable insights
- Manage client expectations regarding analytic insights required and commitments to ensure service level is achieved
- Mentor and manage a team of data analysts of variable skill and practice levels
Desired Profile
- Bachelors in engineering, Math, Statistics or related discipline
- Should have relevant experience of 7-12 years in the field of Analytics
- Technical Capabilities (hands on) SQL, Advance Excel, Data Visualization, R/Python (Good to have)
- Possess strong analytical skills and share point of views with the organization
- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistent to work with data to generate insights
- Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed client deliverables
- Experience in App Analytics would be preferred
- Experience with E-commerce, Retail business would be preferred
