Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating between Ownership, Sales and Operations Departments the following areas:
· Ad Hoc sales reporting requests from Process and Systems Manager, Suppliers and Team Leaders Monthly and Weekly Supplier Reporting
· Weekly Recapping of operational KPI’s including Delivery and Warehouse teams
· Pay for Performance and Incentive Rollups (Month End)
- Assist in recapping Salesmen, Supervisor and other PFP results monthly
- Assist in recapping all incentives
· Oversee Employee Development Tracking
· Ensure supplier driven requirements are met
- Assist ownership and leadership teams as needed
· Sales Hall Reporting
- Ensure boards posted in sales hallway are relevant and up to date
· Special Projects
- Complete projects from Senior Management as needed
· Assist in development and implementation of new operational functions including sales/delivery routing and warehouse functions
The Business Analyst answers to the Process and Systems Manager.
Primary Objectives:
· Th Business Analyst must understand sales goals and objectives
· Assist in execution of sales projects as necessary
· Assist in warehouse system maintenance and troubleshooting issues
· Work closely with Process and Systems Manager to stay well informed of company sales changes and developments.
· Participates in company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
The Business Analyst assumes other responsibilities as assigned by ownership.

· Excellent organizational skills.
· Able to multitask and finish tasks in a timely manner
Education and Experience
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Organizational Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
