Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible to deliver automation framework designs, performance testing/tuning & automating test data solutions
– Contribute to the strategic engineering goals across teams to promote the use of industry best patterns and practices
– Provide thought leadership and actively drive teams to ensure the advancement of both automation practice and tooling
– Responsible for developing a continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions
– Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that test outcomes is achieved in the most efficient way
– Apply a risk management approach to achieve consistency and compliance
– When required, work with teams to execute test automation to ensure committed delivery within timeframes Mandatory Skills: Python, Selenium
Key Requirements:
– 7 to 10 Years of experience in testing scalable automation frameworks in web-based applications
– Automation Testing experience such as Pytest, Selenium etc.
– Multiple years of experience in scripting languages such as Python / Javascript
– High-level understanding of Client-Server Architecture including load balancers and firewalls in an enterprise infrastructure
– Experience in Performance tuning / test / Automation tools and frameworks is a necessity. This includes proficiency in industry-leading test tools (e.g. Locust, Jmeter, Selenium)
– Working knowledge or understanding of Data validation testing
– Demonstrable understanding and/or working knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and DevOps Roles and Responsibilities
– Experience with Agile
