Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

The candidate is required to Manage & Execute analysis activity within programs in Utilities Business Unit of the Organization. Candidate s roles & responsibilities will involve the following:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business in Utilities Domain.
Analyze Business processes, products, services, and systems to improve current processes and make profitable decisions through insights and data analysis.
Apply Advanced Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques in proposing Business Solutions.
Apply Advanced Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
Work independently under limited supervision and apply knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions.
Excellent Analytical, Decision Making and Problem solving ability
Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment, with a mix of business, Operations and technology focused projects
Re-engineering knowledge

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Utilities Domain Knowledge with CC&B and/or Asset management knowledge
Consult with project sponsors regarding information flow and content including the facilitation of information gathering sessions
Work with other Business Analysts / Senior Business Analysts and/or users to understand requirements
Leadership skills- Directing team members, forecasting budget, helping team members with the problem, etc. Engaging with multiple senior stakeholders on agreement.
Business process and planning- Planning the project scope, understanding and implementing requirement of project, identifying resources required for the project.
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills including use of SQL for querying and joining data
Technical skill- Few technical aspects like operating systems, hardware capabilities, database concepts, networking, SDLC methodology, etc.
Create wireframes for the web, mobile devices or any custom screens.
Consistently honors promise and commitments and takes responsibility for own actions, words, and work.
Able to work with diverse individuals/teams/customers. Able to interact and work with others as part of a team.
Takes the lead to get complex issues resolved. May require assistance for more difficult issues.
Ability to work within a changing environment.
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Good presentation skills and negotiating skills
