- Graduate in CS / IT
- 6+ Yrs. of Experience in Information Security Specific to ISO 27001. PCIDSS, SOC, etc. – Must
- Should have complete SDLC Knowledge and CMMI implementation experience – Must
- Good have good knowledge on Metrics and Data analysis – Must ( any Six Sigma belt or exposure to in Six Sigma) is preferred / a value add
- Good understanding on Business Continuity Management w.r.t ISO 22301 ( BCMS)
- Should have sound knowledge on Audit ( both internal and external)- Must
- Able to drive and implement organizational level Improvement activities such as SOC, PCIDSS, CMMI etc.
- Should have team driving capability and team management skills
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be able to provide trainings in InfoSec / CMMI etc. – Must
- Should have Good People Management skills
- Should be able to independently drive all location level activities such as audits, review meetings etc.
- Should have sound knowledge on Process Definitions, Process Implementation and Process Improvements – Must
- Should be able to provide good Corrective and Preventive Actions to teams
- Should have good ability to communicate / interact with leadership team / Management when required

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
