The Position

Reporting to the Global Director for Direct Spend, the incumbent supports strategy setting and decision making through quantitative analysis.

Key Individual Accountabilities

• Conduct analyses on Centrient spend to derive insights and recommendations
• Function as the go-to person for should-cost modelling; manage and maintain the library of should-cost models up to date
• Co-ordinate all Export/Import data analysis for the Procurement function. Issue standard report comparing EXIM information on market prices and volumes to our purchases, across all relevant materials
• Maintain and update Centrient s Procurement KPI dashboard. Monitor performance against targets
• Maintain and update Procurement savings tracker, both with actual performance and pipeline savings looking forward. Report to the Procurement LT for review and decision making
• Prepare market trend reports to be shared with Tech-Ops leadership team and franchise.
• Develop supply landscaping for new RMs, part of new pipeline products (e.g. Tazo, Pipera, Pen Benzathine, Pitavastatin) and Concord RM.
• Support on key vendor qualifications , identify suppliers and connect with internal stakeholders.

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Support global category directors and regional buyers on preparation of category plans.
• Support category director on dashboard and inputs for steerco.
