Roles and Responsibilities
-Analytics & Business Intelligence – develop analytical and data visualization skills of Collection Analysts
-Strategy & Modelling Defining methods, Strategies, building statistical models in Collections for further use in Collections decision-making forecasting, capacity planning, incentives design and budgeting.
-Use data analyses and statistical techniques to develop solutions to improve customer experience and to guide business decision making
– Create live reports and dashboards on excel, google sheets and tableau
Qualifications
– At least 5-10 years of industry experience in data analysis, statistical analysis and predictive modelling
– Should be able to create live reports/dashboards on google sheets and excel
– Record of delivering large analytical solutions with business impact
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel
– Problem-solving ability and passion for big data
– Excellent communication and data presentation skills Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with analysis tools like Python, SQL, Tableau etc
