Qualification : Any Technical Graduate | Dip | Degree
Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time.
Evaluating the quality problems in cutting, sewing, finishing and providing solution after discussing with Tech and Quality team within the factory.
Technically strong & sound ( Understand my job very well ), Capable to co-ordinate in Quality control with the Buyers requirements ( As per the Tech Pack )
Overall responsibility of sample approval from Buyer or buying house.
To ensure that approved PP sample is forwarded to production department with incorporating all comments of buyer.
Educating the Qcs Team for the inspection & making the check / watch points for them for better quality and anti claim production policy.
Also educating the Qcs regarding the technical & quality aspects, reducing the rejection level. *Monitoring aspects of quality control with adoption & implementation of corrective action at right time
To conduct Placement meetings with the Cutting, Production supervisors, & Qcs while placing the order
Constantly holding technical discussion with the Quality persons
To discuss with the buyer & Merchandiser in case of any problem.
To keep Daily / Weekly/ Monthly samples & production inspection reports.
To check all Graded Patterns before start production.

Experience : Min 12 yrs
Salary Offered : Min 15.00 lacs – 20.00 lacs + Perks & Benefits ( Negotiable )
