Responsibilities :
Analytics & Pricing :
1. Portfolio analytics to increase the profitability and churn out non profitable pockets.
2. Building risk score cards.
3. Market research of the new practices in the industry.
4. Strategic inputs to improve profitability of the portfolio.
5. Pricing of products in GIC business.
6. SAS or R knowledge will be preferred.
7. New modeling to derive risk based pricing
Skills & Competencies :
Must have :
1. Good understanding of numbers / analytics with a sense of business / risk and terminology.
2. Good communication & coordination skills to interact & collaborate with multiple functions.
3. Good presentation skills with ability to engage with seniors & making effective strategic recommendations.
4. Adequate knowledge of statistics.
5. Should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
6. SAS or R knowledge will be preferred.
7. Candidates from BFSI background can apply.
8. 3 to 4 years of experience preferably with an analytics or consultancy in BFSI sector preferably insurance.
9. Graduate / Post graduate in statistics Preferred
