Salary Range (CTC): 15LPA to 24LPA plus joining bonus and additional benefits
Job Functions will include but not limited be to:
- Help architect and build out our web app backend
- Work with the front end team to create API interfaces
- Lead the way in developing scalable microservices
- Work on advanced financial forecasting algorithms and ML
- Upgrade our infrastructure to enterprise grade security
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have good knowledge of Python and Django.
- Expert experience writing production-grade, maintainable Python code
- Extensive knowledge of web applications, relational databases, ORMs
- Familiarity with AWS and security best practices
- A keen eye for clean/minimal code and well thought out software architecture
- Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and operate independently
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Can lead a team of developers and also work single-handedly.
Nice to have:
- Experience with machine learning and/or time series forecasting
- Experience working with advanced AuthN/Z
- Experience with ETL/ELT data movement from third party software
- Knowledge of the PyCharm tool
- Knowledge of unit testing
