Job Description

• Experience in using the Tableau Software Business Intelligence suite (including desktop and server deployment). Hands on experience as Tableau developer.

• • Expert Level Skills in building complex interactive/dynamic dashboards with Tableau
• • Responsible for summarizing performance trends and highlighting problem areas
• • Responsible for optimizing the user experience
• • Background in Analytics and Data Visualization techniques
• • Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies
• • Experience in designing and developing dashboards using Tableau Desktop for various organizational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards
• • Understand business requirements very clearly then translate and use complex data sources.
• • Experience with developing complex calculations for the business logic, field actions, sets and parameters to including the filtering capabilities for the dashboards and drill down to detail reports.
• • Experience in creating analytical charts.
• • Experience in implementing the performance techniques in the dashboard.
• • Strong understanding of Tableau Architecture required to perform effectively
• • Strong understanding of Tableau Server implementation & Administration process and best practices
• • Extensive experience writing efficient Structured Query Language (SQL) using various SQL-development software packages and writing complex ANSI SQL Queries including JOINS, Sub Queries and Hierarchical queries
