The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for design and implementation of various modules of ServiceNow platform Roles and responsibilities

Provide consulting support to the stakeholders of ServiceNow

Drive design workshops across projects to translate the business requirements into specifications

Work with other IT streams to improve the platform adoption and user experience of ServiceNow

Work on continual improvement initiatives to further improve the user experience Skills required
