- Implement metrics framework within BU and provide SME support in metrics.
- Subject Matter Expert in various estimation techniques and train delivery in estimation models,
- Perform estimation calibrations. Drive transformational initiatives in metrics and estimation area within the organization.
- Guidance to BU for external certifications CMMI ISO SOC etc and support in implementation and drive results.
Primary Skills
- Process consulting to BU and conduct trainings to delivery in Quality domain.
- Develop and refine the Agile and DevOps Delivery Models.
- Self driven and proactive in driving successful initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and identify potential delivery risks.
- Implement L4 L5 practices in the BU and develop prediction models.
- Analyze BU metrics data using statistical techniques.

- Create baselines and drive process improvements.
