Primary Skills :
- End-to-End KM Life cycle experience within a project.
- Experience in working with leadership team to understand his/her KM Priorities.
- Experience in KM process design and implementation e.g. design and development of Critical knowledge capture, Onboarding/Off-boarding, Knowledge transfer processes and templates.
- Knowledge of KM metrics and reporting.
- Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes, technology and tools.
- Knowledge / Experience in KM programs and facilitation.
- Experience in designing KM platform using SharePoint, Confluence etc.
- Good communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)
Secondary Skills:
- Ability to work in different time zones to understand client requirements
- Exposure to collaborative work style
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests
- Gathering requirements and able to prepare solution design.
- Good exposure to social media tools and platforms
