Job Description :

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility architecting, positioning and delivering cloud/internet facing applications In-depth knowledge on GCP and Cloud technologies.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Data management in Big Data (Hadoop) or Cloud (GCP) environment.
• Able to handle end to end cloud migration project.
• Knowledge in DevOps methodologies.
• Cloud security architecture experience in any of GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Experience with: Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript and understanding of software vulnerabilities
• Experience working with CSP managed container services such as AfaWS EKS, GCP GKE, Cloud Run, ECS Fargate.
• Experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, Dockerfiles, Terraform or Ansible.
• Solution architecture skills required
• Create ETL pipeline using Bigquery, create best performing tables with partitioning/clustering etc. enabled keeping best practices in mind.
• Python scripting knowledge/experience
• Write Complex SQL queries keeping execution cost in mind.
• Load data into BigQuery using files or by streaming one record at a time.
• Must have strong programing knowledge of Python/ Java,Spark & Hive/SQL
• Proven experience of ETL coding on cloud environment
• Good understanding of data warehousing principles and design / loading / updating / creating star schema and fact tables

Primary Skills :

• GCP ,Google Cloud with Java and Google Cloud with PYTHON, ETL, Complex SQL queries, GCP Data Flow, Airflow, Data Fusion, Cloud SQL.
• Candidate should have good experience in GCP : Data Proc, Bigquery, GKE and SQL
• GCP DevOps, ETL coding on cloud environment, Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, Dockerfiles, Terraform or Ansible.

Secondary Skills :

• Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript and understanding of software vulnerabilities
• Working Experience with Big Data Technologies (Spark, Cloud SQL, Big Query) preferably in an Enterprise environment.
• Experience with Airflow is desirable

Competencies :

• Intermediate level Cloud hands-on experience.
• Strong GCP will be an added advantage
• Configuration management and Python Jenkins, CICD and Devops tools.
• Python and other relevant language.
• Require Good Communication skills.
• Certified Google Cloud Architect /data engineer would be an add-on
