Job Description

• Strong technology skillset and understanding of how to translate complex business requirements into well-defined user stories
• Work on a regulatory compliance program for IT resilience, understand business specifications and translate it into technology / application changes, identify IT’s response to business asks
• Create repeatable / reusable artefacts from resilience audit observations, explaining the gap / opportunity and create a coherent response from IT point of view to remedy the gaps
• Defining the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and leading a multi skilled team to achieve the required goal.
• Driving change through the governance process.

Primary Skill

• Past experience in regulatory compliance projects, IT resilience projects
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors at all level.
• A track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long term risks and implications.
• The ability to understand and interpret complex data.

Secondary Skill

• Knowledge of Retail Banking & Wealth Management Products & Propositions
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies Inc. Agile, and best practice techniques
• Experience of using tools such as Confluence & Jira
