Job Description
- 6 to 12 years of experience as Data Analyst in healthcare domain for the US healthcare market
- Good understanding of Enrollment systems, Claims systems
- Strong experience in Healthcare Data Analysis , Data Modeling & Data Profiling
- Able to understand the Business Requirements, convert to Data requirements and can create the Source to Target mappings
Primary Skill
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and be able to troubleshoot any data issues looking at the SQL or any Data Tools.
- Good understanding of Enrollment systems, Claims systems
- Experience working on the Providers setup/contracts and has a good understanding of the ‘types’ of providers
- Hands-on of SQL, Visio, and other productivity tools
Secondary Skill
- Knowledge of data warehouse, ODS, reporting tools, Provider Data Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work with customers directly.
- Exposure to Agile model and Tools like Jira, Azure ADO Boards is a plus
